Late Cancellations

In order to offer our clients a more efficient booking service we offer a courtesy text reminder the day before to minimise late cancellations.

We would request that should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason you give us 24 hours notice, this then allows us time to reallocate your space to clients who maybe waiting for a cancellation. Remember a therapist has been allocated for the duration of your appointment. If less time is given and we cannot allocate your booking to another client then a charge maybe made to your account. On the day cancellations may result in a 50% charge for the total amount of the treatment. We are human of course and life sometimes throws obstacles our way, so please call and explain your situation and we will do all we can to avoid charges if possible.

If you arrive late for your appointment we may have to shortened or cancel your appointment, and the full cost of the appointment may be charged, as time and staff were allocated for your treatment. There is always a high demand for appointments in this salon which means you would be keeping another client waiting should you arrive late.

Young Children & Babies

We love them of course!

But due to safety issues and our peaceful environment, we cannot allow our little angels into the treatment areas. If a treatment cannot be carried out due to having a child with you, a full charge may still be issued.

Mobile Phones

Please respect our environment and the needs of our guests by turning off your phone or placing your mobile on silent before entering the salon. We prefer you not to make or accept calls once in the salon remember this is a relaxation zone for other clients.

Gentlemen

We welcome new male clients, but request that an existing female client introduce you prior to your first visit.

Medical History

If you have been diagnosed with any form of serious illness and are currently receiving treatment or you are still in a remission period, we do require consent from your GP or consultant prior to any treatment at the salon. If you require further information please email us on enquiries@thebeautyroomsmedispa.co.uk.
